  1. Kale! I eat it all the time! This is great info—need to incorporate some of these other foods more often.

  2. Apples. Every day.

    Cheap, easy to get hold of, and great for you :)

  3. I’m an apple-a-day gal, too. But I’m also all about strawberries, carrots, and last, but certainly not least, avocado!!

    Not quite on the kale bandwagon. Maybe someday!
