  1. I’m currently not a ChiRunner, but I just orderd the book the other day. I usually prefer to “just run” and not worry about my form or pacing or nutrition. (I hate putting pressure on myself when I run; it takes the fun out of it.) But I think I’m at the point where I’m ready to step up my game. I’m thinking the Chi thing might be just what I need.*
